Clare came up for the idea of Nottingham’s Urban Harvest Festival whilst sitting in a meeting and having a sudden flash of inspiration, bring the harvest festival up to date and use the event for ideas, produce and above all fun. Hopefully, this event can act as a springboard for other projects throughout the city.
Up and coming events include “The Great Nottingham Spring Sowing”, bringing sowing out of the greenhouse and onto the streets. Using the produce of this event to inform and educate and most importantly involve people in next year’s Urban Harvest Festival….so who did grow Nottingham’s biggest marrow?
