Stall holder information

On the day…

A few things about the day. The gates for stall holders will be open at 9am. The festival starts (officially) at 11am. Vehicle access to the site is very restricted -apparently you can drive a family car on to the park area but you need to fold in the wing mirrors to get through the gateway. So please consider if you actually need to drive up to your pitch or could your kit be carried-with a bit of help. Anyway, the road to get to the mill yard is Belvoir Road and is first left after Windmill Lane. The car park for the Mill is on Windmill Lane itself.

Please be responsible for your own rubbish.  We are having a recycling system on site for the day, but there is no such place as “away” when we throw something or other.

Most important! BRING YOUR OWN MUG! We are providing stall holders with tea and coffee however we don’t have any mugs/cups so  if you would like a hot drink then please bring something to drink from- this also means that we don’t have to wash up which is definitely an added bonus.

I hope that you all have a great time as this means that the punters will have a great time too.

Please remember as fall asleep on Saturday night to think and dream SUNNY THOUGHTS!

If you are a voluntary group or charity and you will be selling something then a small donation would be welcome.

It is the responsibility of all stallholder to ensure that their stall is safe for the public and will not cause a hazard and where required risk assessments have been done e.g. a hot food stall with cookers would need to a assess the riskss involved.
