The team

 

Without the driving team the festival would not have its own unique character, they are all volunteers and recieve no payment. Each festival takes about 8-10 weeks to organsie and this comprises a weekly evening meeting and an 'office' afternoon to sort out phone calls and logisitcs etc. Between these meetings everyone is busy chasing up contacts and finding resources, keeping in touch via a wiki. Meetings are loose and everone has input into the shape of the festival if they wish, no idea is too silly or ambitious - there's always next year ;)
